  1. Lead a team of financial center employees to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all Bank of America clients.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve financial center goals and objectives.
  3. Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new products and services to meet the changing needs of clients.
  6. Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development.
  8. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
  9. Participate in community events and represent the bank in a positive and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant financial advice.
  11. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  13. Assist in budget planning and control to ensure financial center operates within allocated resources.
  14. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial center operations.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
