Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Knowledge Of Banking Regulations, Products, And Services.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Systems, Such As Microsoft Excel And Banking Software.
