  1. Conduct financial analysis: Utilize your expertise in financial analysis to review and analyze financial data from various business units within Bank of America.
  2. Monitor business performance: Monitor the performance of our business units to identify any areas of improvement or potential risks.
  3. Evaluate financial data: Evaluate financial data and reports to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies that may impact the overall financial health of the organization.

  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization's financial strategies are aligned with industry standards.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes, procedures, and systems, and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  9. Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and communicate any potential risks or issues to relevant parties.
  10. Assist with special projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives related to financial analysis and monitoring as assigned by management.
  11. Mentor junior team members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development and growth within the organization.
  12. Support organizational goals: Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Sound Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel, Bloomberg, And Sas.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Industry Standards, Including Gaap And Sec Reporting Requirements.
