At Bank of America, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Financial Advisor to join our Accelerated Growth program. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to take their career in finance to the next level.We are seeking a candidate with an extensive background in financial services, who has the drive and passion to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a clear understanding of the financial services industry.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field as well as at least five years of experience in the financial services industry. A CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is a plus but not required.The Financial Advisor in this Accelerated Growth role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial solutions and strategies for clients, including investments, retirement planning, college savings, and estate planning. The role also requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
