Bilingual Proficiency In Spanish And English, With Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Both Languages.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In A Financial Setting.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Knowledge Of Basic Banking Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Navigate And Utilize Banking Systems And Technology.
