  1. Develop and implement credit and portfolio management strategies for EU funds clients in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit risk of EU funds portfolios and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  3. Conduct thorough credit reviews and assessments of new and existing EU funds clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit and portfolio data.
  5. Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards expanding the EU funds client base.
  6. Stay updated with EU funds regulations and ensure compliance across all processes and procedures.
  7. Lead and manage a team of credit analysts to ensure efficient and effective credit management for EU funds clients.
  8. Communicate and maintain relationships with EU funds clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding credit and portfolio management.
  9. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on credit and portfolio performance.
  10. Work closely with other departments, such as risk and legal, to ensure a holistic approach to credit and portfolio management.
  11. Continuously assess and improve credit and portfolio management processes and procedures.
  12. Keep track of industry trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on credit and portfolio management principles and practices.
  14. Represent the bank in external meetings and events related to EU funds credit and portfolio management.
  15. Collaborate with other leads and managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient overall operation of the bank.
