
EU Funds Credit and Portfolio Oversight Lead

- Develop and implement credit and portfolio management strategies for EU funds clients in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze credit risk of EU funds portfolios and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Conduct thorough credit reviews and assessments of new and existing EU funds clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit and portfolio data.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards expanding the EU funds client base.
- Stay updated with EU funds regulations and ensure compliance across all processes and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of credit analysts to ensure efficient and effective credit management for EU funds clients.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with EU funds clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding credit and portfolio management.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on credit and portfolio performance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as risk and legal, to ensure a holistic approach to credit and portfolio management.
- Continuously assess and improve credit and portfolio management processes and procedures.
- Keep track of industry trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and train junior team members on credit and portfolio management principles and practices.
- Represent the bank in external meetings and events related to EU funds credit and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with other leads and managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient overall operation of the bank.
Knowledge Of Eu Funds: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The European Union's Funding Programs, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Credit And Portfolio Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Credit And Portfolio Risks Within A Financial Institution.
