- Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies for the equities division of Bank of America.
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of potential compliance and operational risks within the equities division.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to equities compliance and operational risk management.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and address potential compliance and risk issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the equities division remains compliant and minimizes risk.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance and risk management processes.
- Train and educate employees on compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to stay informed of any changes or updates in compliance requirements.
- Communicate and report on compliance and risk issues to senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to the equities division on compliance and risk-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance or risk-related incidents or breaches.
- Continuously review and improve compliance and risk management processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during audits and examinations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to compliance and risk management for the equities division.
- Proactively identify and address potential areas of improvement in compliance and risk management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Operational Risk Management In The Equities Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Equities Regulations, Including Finra And Sec Rules.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Senior Management.
