  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential environmental and social risks within the company's operations and client relationships.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sustainability, risk management, and business units, to integrate environmental and social considerations into business practices.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on environmental and social risk management best practices.
  5. Monitor and report on the company's progress in addressing environmental and social risks and meeting sustainability goals.
  6. Stay updated on emerging environmental and social issues and trends, and make recommendations for proactive risk management approaches.
  7. Engage with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and NGOs, to understand their expectations and concerns regarding environmental and social responsibility.
  8. Support the development and implementation of environmental and social policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's environmental and social risk management processes.
  10. Represent the company in external forums and events related to environmental and social responsibility.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental And Social Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Expertise In Identifying And Assessing Potential Environmental And Social Risks, Including Conducting Due Diligence And Developing Risk Management Strategies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local And International Environmental And Social Regulations And Standards, Such As The Equator Principles And The Un Guiding Principles On Business And Human Rights.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams, Clients, And External Stakeholders On Environmental And Social Risk Issues.
