  1. Monitor and disclose enterprise-wide positions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of financial data and market trends.
  4. Collaborate with a diverse team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding position monitoring and disclosures.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of position data.
  8. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of position monitoring and disclosures.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on position monitoring and disclosure procedures.
  10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  11. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Regulatory Role Within A Financial Institution.

  • Knowledge Of Emea Enterprise Position Monitoring And Disclosure Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Regulators.
