- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EAC compliance regulations and operational risk management policies.
- Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to EAC.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance or operational risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve upon EAC compliance and risk management processes.

- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices related to EAC compliance and operational risk management.
- Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions in response to potential compliance violations or risk incidents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of EAC compliance and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new EAC compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a strong understanding of EAC compliance and operational risk management practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Operational Risk Management In The Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Usa Patriot Act, And Aml/Kyc Regulations.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Cams) Or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Preferred.
