
Document Administrator
We at Bank of America are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Document Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to quickly learn and understand our document management processes and procedures and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. If you possess the necessary qualifications and have the drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of three years of experience in a document management environment, in addition to strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. The successful candidate should also be comfortable using various document management systems, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly learn and understand Bank of America's document management processes and procedures.
- Manage and organize documents in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Utilize document management systems, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Monitor document management system for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve any document management system issues that arise.
- Assist in developing and improving document management procedures.
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to ensure document management processes are running smoothly.
- Ensure that documents are stored securely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with audits, reviews, and other document management related activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on document management systems and processes.
