
Director, Enterprise Volcker Metrics Lead
Coordinate across the Enterprise and control functions to ensure consistent approaches to metrics guidance, governance, controls and new regulatory requirements. Perform in-depth metrics impact analysis, document metric methodology changes and coordinate the resolution of data quality issues of Volcker metrics. Manage and prioritize strategic initiatives and special projects related to data resolution, reporting, senior management and regulatory requests. Provide guidance on the tagging, categorizing and reportability of trading activities for Volcker reporting. Prepare and present key metrics updates for Volcker Committees, Volcker Control Forums, and Regulator Quarterly meetings. Escalate metric issues, resubmissions, methodology changes to senior management (Front Office and Support Partners) and regulators, as needed. Review and resolve Volcker monitoring findings as well as implementing logic changes.
10+ years of exposure to financial markets/products, preferably with exposure to Global Markets, Sales and Trading
