  1. Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the digital onboarding process, with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital onboarding platform enhancements and updates.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure Bank of America remains at the forefront of digital onboarding technology.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to the digital onboarding process, and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  5. Train and educate team members and stakeholders on new digital onboarding processes and technologies.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards in all aspects of the digital onboarding platform.
  7. Oversee the implementation of new digital onboarding features and updates, working closely with IT and other relevant departments.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to the digital onboarding platform.
  9. Continuously monitor and assess the user experience of the digital onboarding process, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and functionality.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Digital Onboarding Or Technology Implementation Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Onboarding Processes And Technologies, Including Mobile And Online Platforms.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
