  1. Conduct thorough credit risk analysis on potential and existing clients using various tools and techniques.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to ensure responsible lending practices.
  3. Monitor and evaluate credit portfolios to identify potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting, to ensure accurate and timely assessment of credit risk.
  5. Communicate credit risk findings and recommendations to senior management and provide regular updates on portfolio performance.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit risk.
  7. Review and approve credit applications within designated authority levels.
  8. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient and effective credit risk management procedures.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their credit risk profile.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to credit risk.
  12. Train and mentor junior credit risk officers to develop a high-performing team.
  13. Stay updated on market and economic conditions to anticipate potential credit risks.
  14. Proactively identify and escalate any potential credit risk issues to senior management.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of credit risk assessments and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Credit Risk Analysis Or Underwriting

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Management Principles And Regulations

  • Proficient In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams And Presenting Findings To Senior Management.
