  1. Conduct thorough and detailed credit reviews of the bank's portfolios to assess the creditworthiness and risk level of each account.
  2. Identify and analyze potential credit risks within the portfolios and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the bank to ensure effective communication and collaboration in managing credit risk.
  4. Utilize advanced analytical skills to evaluate complex financial data and provide insights on portfolio performance and trends.
  5. Monitor and report on the credit quality of the bank's portfolios to senior management and other relevant parties.
  6. Develop and implement credit review processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in portfolio assessments.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in credit risk management, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to best practices.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and loan servicing, to ensure effective credit risk management across all areas of the bank.
  10. Represent the bank in meetings and discussions with clients, regulators, and other external parties related to credit risk management and portfolio quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Review Or Portfolio Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Analysis And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
