  1. Conduct thorough and accurate credit reviews of the Bank's portfolio to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  2. Analyze credit data and financial statements of clients to assess their credit worthiness and identify any potential red flags.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to gather necessary information and provide guidance on credit risk management.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in credit review processes.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and underwriting, to assess and mitigate potential risks.
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to provide updates on credit review findings and recommendations.
  7. Utilize credit analysis software and other tools to streamline and improve the credit review process.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall credit quality of the Bank's portfolio.
  9. Train and mentor junior members of the credit review team to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve credit review procedures and policies to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis And Portfolio Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Management Principles And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Statements And Credit Reports.

  • Proven Experience In Conducting Credit Reviews And Identifying Potential Risks And Mitigating Strategies.
