- Provide exceptional customer service to all Bank of America customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with their credit needs including credit card applications, credit limit increases, and credit counseling.
- Educate customers on various credit products and services offered by Bank of America to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to credit products in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of credit products and services to make appropriate recommendations to customers based on their individual financial needs.
- Maintain accurate and thorough customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in credit policies and regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Underwriting, Or Loan Processing.
Knowledge Of Credit Regulations And Procedures, Including Fair Credit Reporting Act (Fcra) And Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Ecoa).
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Lenders, And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Ability To Interpret Credit Reports And Financial Statements.
