Job Description

Are you motivated to provide excellent customer service and help customers with their financial needs? Bank of America is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Credit Assistance Specialist to join our team and provide assistance to customers with their credit and loan needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a detail-oriented mindset. They should also be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent• Previous customer service experience• Knowledge of banking regulations and policies• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to maintain confidentiality of bank information

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to customers with their credit and loan needs.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  3. Follow banking regulations and policies.
  4. Use Microsoft Office and other computer applications to effectively organize and manage customer information.
