  1. Provide support to customers facing financial challenges by understanding their individual needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to ensure clear understanding of financial options and assistance available.
  3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to expedite resolution of credit related issues.
  4. Utilize strong knowledge of credit and banking to analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information.
  5. Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and protect customer privacy.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update account information as needed.
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for more efficient and effective customer assistance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in credit and banking regulations to provide informed support to customers.
  9. Demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with customers in difficult financial situations.
  10. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or areas of concern to management.
  11. Work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Fluency In Spanish: The Ability To Communicate Effectively In Spanish Is Essential For This Role As It Involves Assisting Spanish-Speaking Customers With Their Credit Needs.

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Provide Excellent Service.

  • Knowledge Of Credit Products: A Credit Assistance Specialist Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Credit Products Such As Credit Cards, Loans, And Mortgages. This Will Enable Them To Provide Accurate And Efficient Assistance To Customers.

  • Attention To Detail: The Role Involves Reviewing And Analyzing Customer Credit Information, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accuracy And Compliance With Bank Policies And Procedures.

  • Ability To Work 2Nd Shift: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work During The Evening Shift, Which Typically Starts In The Late Afternoon And Ends In The Late Evening. The Candidate Should Be Able To Commit To This Schedule And Have The Flexibility To Work Overtime If Needed.
