As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with any credit related inquiries or issues they may have.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to Bank of America clients by addressing their credit related inquiries and issues.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge of financial concepts to accurately assist clients with their credit concerns.
  3. Work independently to resolve client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and protect sensitive client information.
  6. Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the designated systems.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to clients.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in credit policies.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  11. Adhere to a flexible work schedule to accommodate the 2nd shift hours.
  12. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
  13. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of client inquiries.
