  1. Manage and optimize relationships with clients and vendors to ensure efficient and effective execution of transactions.
  2. Act as a liaison between Bank of America and clients/vendors, providing timely and accurate communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  3. Utilize strong contract management skills to negotiate and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  4. Monitor and track contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance client and vendor relationships.
  6. Conduct market and industry research to stay informed on current trends and best practices in contract management.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to contracts and transactions.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and transactions.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bank of America's products and services, as well as the financial industry as a whole.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency in contract management.
  11. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to contract management and ensure compliance.
  12. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts are in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  13. Provide support and guidance to team members on contract management processes and procedures.
  14. Represent Bank of America in a professional and positive manner when interacting with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Contracts And Projects Simultaneously With A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
