  1. Develop and implement strategies for Bank of America's consumer products, including but not limited to credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, pricing, and positioning that will drive growth and profitability.
  4. Stay informed on industry and competitor trends to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance, including customer satisfaction and usage metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
  7. Partner with internal stakeholders, such as legal and compliance teams, to ensure products are in compliance with regulations and policies.
  8. Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and strategy.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement in our consumer product offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Product Strategy, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis, Market Research, And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Strategies To Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Consumer Product Strategies That Drive Revenue Growth And Increase Market Share.
