  1. Develop and implement strategies for consumer products to drive growth and increase profitability.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product offerings and improve existing products.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of consumer products and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  7. Create and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Work closely with product teams to ensure successful product launches and effective product positioning.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to consumer product strategy.
  11. Assist in the development of marketing and promotional campaigns for consumer products.
  12. Provide training and support to team members on consumer product strategy and updates.
  13. Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences with consumer products.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of consumer banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the consumer banking division at Bank of America.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Product Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends, With The Ability To Identify Potential Growth Opportunities And Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Senior Management.
