- Provide exceptional customer service to commercial banking clients by answering their inquiries, resolving their issues, and addressing their needs.
- Support commercial bankers in the acquisition and retention of clients by assisting with sales activities and providing necessary support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of commercial banking products and services to effectively communicate with clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, credit, and operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial banking clients, building strong relationships and proactively addressing any concerns or needs.
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor products, and client needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- Monitor and track client activity and provide regular updates to commercial bankers and management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to commercial banking products, services, and sales techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America by representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the commercial banking business by actively participating in team meetings and providing valuable insights and suggestions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Financial Services Industry
