- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Support the commercial sales team by handling administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing client information.
- Assist in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, including providing product and service information and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling client information and financial data.
- Act as a liaison between the commercial sales team and other internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and developing effective sales strategies.
- Proactively identify any potential issues or roadblocks and work with the sales team to find solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of finance and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's brand and values.
- Act as a self-starter, taking initiative and seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the sales support team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information and following compliance guidelines.
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Banking Products And Services.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Support Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
