  1. Provide exceptional customer service to commercial banking clients.

  11. Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  17. Uphold the bank's values and represent the company in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
