Commercial Credit Underwriter

1. Review and analyze creditworthiness of clients seeking to borrow from the bank.
2. Evaluate and assess potential risks associated with commercial loans.
3. Follow bank's credit policies and procedures.
4. Analyze financial and credit data of potential clients.
5. Prepare detailed reports on creditworthiness of potential clients.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
7. Assist with loan closings and loan origination.
8. Provide guidance and training to junior credit underwriters.
9. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and solutions.
10. Monitor and report changes in market conditions.
