- Facilitate the timely release of collateral for lending transactions for Bank of America customers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of collateral releases.
- Review and analyze loan agreements to ensure proper collateral release procedures are followed.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise during the collateral release process.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Legal, Risk Management, and Loan Servicing to ensure all necessary approvals and requirements are met for collateral release.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in collateral release processes to ensure compliance.
- Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to collateral release.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in collateral release procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to collateral release as assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Loan Servicing Or Collateral Management.
Strong Understanding Of Legal Documents And Regulations Related To Collateral Release.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
