  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
  4. Educate clients on various banking products and services offered by Bank of America.
  5. Assist clients with opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving account discrepancies.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest banking policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  8. Handle and resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.

  14. Handle cash and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
