- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing knowledge of banking products and services.
- Identify and understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, accurately and efficiently.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various banking products and services, and assist with account opening and maintenance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote bank products and services to clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and protect the bank and its clients.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless service.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Adhere to all security protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services.
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Client-Facing Roles.
