Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Finance.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Derivatives.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role In The Financial Industry.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql For Data Analysis And Manipulation.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Large And Complex Datasets And Generate Actionable Insights For Clients.
