  1. Handle incoming calls from clients and provide outstanding customer service by addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and offer appropriate solutions and products to meet their needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening and showing empathy towards their financial situations.
  4. Utilize bank's systems and resources to accurately and efficiently process transactions, update client information, and resolve account-related issues.
  5. Stay updated on bank's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  6. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Adhere to all bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex client issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients, colleagues, and the organization, promoting a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
