Job Description

Flows. pipeline and referrals forecasting to support monthly/quarterly reviews and reporting for the market along with trends impacting markets. Ensures data integrity; and understands the importance of data to drive disciplined reporting and active analysis of trends and recommendations to leadership team to achieve intended outcomes results and arriving at informed decisions. Support general business operations across market teams; including compliance and operational risk assessments/mitigation plans, escalations management, and activities to ensure smooth and consistent execution of operations and day to day activities. Coordination, oversight and support for special initiative projects impacting markets; may include liaison with product, marketing, and communications.

Compensation
