  1. Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with industry best practices.
  2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the organization's information and assets.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to key stakeholders on information security risks and mitigation strategies.
  4. Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  6. Monitor and analyze security incidents and provide timely response and remediation.
  7. Lead training and awareness initiatives to educate employees on information security best practices.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of information security controls.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for any information security-related inquiries or incidents.
  10. Stay informed about emerging threats and technologies in the information security field and make recommendations for their implementation.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors on security-related issues.
  12. Maintain documentation and reports related to information security policies, procedures, and incidents.
  13. Act as a role model for information security best practices and promote a culture of security within the organization.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the organization's security posture.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, on information security matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Certification In A Relevant Information Security Field Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr, Pci Dss, And Sox.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
