Job Description

Identify opportunities and advocate for consistency to increase efficiency, sustain controls, and meet long term strategic goals. Partner on control environment current to target state transition efforts aligning outcomes to the Risk Strategic Plan. Develop a deep understanding on the current business environment and emerging risks in Horizontal Business Controls. Examine trends, develop insights, and collaborate on solutions to sustain and strengthen the control environment. Consult with a horizontal lens on strengthening the control discipline and adhering to standards to drive best practices and framework consistency. Support consistent execution practices, horizontal management and Operations Excellence execution. Assist with other risk related work as needed to support the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Transformation, Change Management, Risk functional and/or leadership experience
