- Act as the primary point of contact for small business clients in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the banking landscape to effectively advise clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct financial analyses and make recommendations to clients on how to improve their financial standing.
- Actively participate in community events and initiatives to promote the bank's brand and build relationships.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business banking team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Banking Or Relationship Management.
Knowledge Of Small Business Lending Products And Services, Including Credit Analysis And Underwriting.
Familiarity With The Phoenix And Tucson Markets, Including An Understanding Of Local Small Business Demographics And Industries.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Small Business Clients.
