We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team and help us serve and support our small business clients. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our small business customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions and helping them achieve their business goals. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in business banking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping small businesses thrive.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business clients through regular communication and meetings.
  2. Understand the unique financial needs and goals of each small business client and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services to clients.
  5. Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments for each client to ensure their financial stability and viability.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with guidance and advice on financial matters and industry trends.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in the market to ensure compliance and provide strategic insights to clients.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business banking division.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America and promote our products and services to potential clients.
  11. Prepare and present reports and updates on client relationships and business performance to senior management.
  12. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns targeted towards small business clients.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Small Business Banking Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Small Business Clients.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Lines Of Credit, And Cash Management Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Small Business Owners.
