  1. Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct thorough audits of Bank of America's Global Markets financial operations.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Certification (Cia, Cisa) Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Audit, Risk Management, Or Related Field In Financial Services, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Markets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices In Global Markets.

  • Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
