  1. Lead and manage the audit team responsible for evaluating counterparty credit risk processes at Bank of America.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Counterparty Credit Risk.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Auditing Or Risk Management, With A Focus On Counterparty Credit Risk.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
