  1. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for the Counterparty Credit Risk team in accordance with Bank of America's policies and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of counterparty credit risk processes, procedures, and controls to identify any potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of risk management practices and controls, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
  4. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions.
  5. Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits within set timelines.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks related to counterparty credit risk, and incorporate them into the audit process.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including risk management teams and business leaders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Develop and maintain audit documentation, including workpapers, reports, and presentations, in accordance with Bank of America's standards and regulatory requirements.
  9. Continuously review and enhance the audit process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Mentor and train junior auditors to develop their skills and knowledge in counterparty credit risk management and auditing.
