  1. Conduct thorough audits of counterparty credit risk to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's counterparty credit risk exposures and associated processes.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to mitigate identified risks.
  5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Monitor industry trends and best practices in counterparty credit risk management to continuously improve audit procedures.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on counterparty credit risk during internal and external audits.
  8. Train and mentor junior audit staff on counterparty credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective risk management.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  11. Conduct special projects and ad-hoc analysis related to counterparty credit risk as needed.
  12. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to counterparty credit risk management.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the organization's risk management processes to ensure they are in line with industry best practices.
  14. Represent the organization in meetings and forums related to counterparty credit risk management.
  15. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.

Job Qualifications
