Job Description

The Associate Client Relationship Manager (ACRM) supports the Firm's business objectives and contributes to the Market's profitability and revenue growth by helping to meet the service expectations of our clients while also balancing risk and exposure to the firm. Promote the satisfaction of client service expectations while balancing the risk and exposure for Merrill Lynch. Once Licensed, review and approve client documents and transactions as delegated by the Office Management Team (OMT). Participate in the management and training & development of the market's Client Associates and Service Support Staff. Develop an understanding of and exposure to a variety of topics including: ML Products & Services, trend analysis, risk assessment, Human Resources and broad Industry Knowledge.

Job Qualifications

  • Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE, Series 7 Topper, Series 66, 9, 10 Licenses, or their equivalents

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years financial services experience required

  • Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory and corporate policies and procedures

  • Previous experience managing a team of at least 10
