  1. Conduct credit analysis to assess the risk and creditworthiness of potential clients in the leveraged finance market.
  2. Collaborate with senior team members to structure and execute deals that meet the needs of clients and align with the bank's objectives.
  3. Utilize financial modeling and analysis techniques to evaluate potential investments and present findings to stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks in the leveraged finance space.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  6. Assist in the preparation of credit proposals and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams, including risk management, legal, and compliance, to ensure all deals are in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  8. Support the onboarding of new clients and manage ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients, providing expertise and insights on leveraged finance credit products and solutions.
  10. Continuously analyze and monitor existing client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a high level of ethical standards in all activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • 1-3 Years Of Experience In Leveraged Finance Or Credit Analysis

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Credit Analysis Techniques

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Data To Senior Management And Clients.
