- Conduct credit analysis to assess the risk and creditworthiness of potential clients in the leveraged finance market.
- Collaborate with senior team members to structure and execute deals that meet the needs of clients and align with the bank's objectives.
- Utilize financial modeling and analysis techniques to evaluate potential investments and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks in the leveraged finance space.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of credit proposals and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including risk management, legal, and compliance, to ensure all deals are in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and manage ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in meetings and presentations with clients, providing expertise and insights on leveraged finance credit products and solutions.
- Continuously analyze and monitor existing client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a high level of ethical standards in all activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
1-3 Years Of Experience In Leveraged Finance Or Credit Analysis
Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Credit Analysis Techniques
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Data To Senior Management And Clients.
