- Oversee and manage the load balancing infrastructure for Bank of America in the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the load balancing system.
- Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of load balancing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network operations, security, and application teams, to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in load balancing and network engineering to continuously improve the infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain load balancing policies, standards, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to load balancing.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new products and services.
- Create and maintain documentation for all load balancing systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Train and educate team members on load balancing technology and processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders and upper management regarding project updates, system changes, and issues.
- Continuously assess and improve load balancing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering, With A Focus On Load Balancing Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Load Balancing Concepts And Protocols Such As F5 Big-Ip, Citrix Netscaler, And Dns Load Balancing.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
