Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages And Software Development Methodologies, Including Agile And Devops

  • Experience In The Financial Industry, Preferably In Banking Or Fintech, With A Strong Understanding Of Banking Systems And Processes

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
