  12. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to technology and make recommendations for necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  13. Conduct due diligence on technology-related matters for potential mergers and acquisitions.
  14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to technology matters.
  15. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Technology Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Institution Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Technology, Data Privacy, And Security.

  • Experience In Negotiating And Drafting Technology-Related Contracts, Including Software Licenses, Service Agreements, And Vendor Agreements.

  • Ability To Provide Strategic And Practical Legal Advice To Business Teams On Technology-Related Matters, Including Risk Management And Compliance.
