- Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all corporate aircrafts, including both domestic and international flights.
- Coordinate with various departments and executives to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Schedule flights in a timely and efficient manner, taking into account factors such as aircraft availability, weather conditions, and client requirements.
- Communicate with pilots, flight crew, and other staff to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Monitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules in case of delays or changes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to arrange for necessary services, such as ground transportation and catering.
- Keep accurate records of flight schedules, expenses, and other relevant data.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide excellent customer service to executives and clients, addressing any concerns or issues related to flight schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for aircraft operations.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding travel arrangements for high-level executives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handle any other duties or projects assigned by superiors related to aircraft scheduling and operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Scheduling Or Operations.
Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Procedures.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Coordinate With Various Departments, Pilots, And External Agencies.
