  1. Attend and actively participate in all training sessions and workshops to gain knowledge and understanding of the financial industry, products and services offered by Bank of America, and the role of a Financial Solutions Advisor.
  2. Assist experienced advisors in conducting client meetings and providing financial advice and solutions to clients.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  4. Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance knowledge and skills in financial planning, investment management, and risk management.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  6. Utilize technology and resources provided by Bank of America to effectively manage and track client information and progress.
  7. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and maintain the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance goals and expectations set by the program and the company.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate financial advice.
  10. Represent Bank of America and the Advisor Development Program in a professional and positive manner at all times.
