
Advanced Client Solutions Specialist
As an Advanced Client Solutions Specialist at Bank of America, you'll be an integral part of our Financial Center team, providing superior service and solutions to our customers. You'll be the face of our institution and an ambassador for our brand. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused individual who is eager to expand their knowledge and expertise in the banking and finance industry.To be successful in this role, you must possess a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or diploma in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
