  1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients to Bank of America in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate contacts.
  3. Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  4. Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations.
  5. Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
  7. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure a well-functioning and cohesive team.
  9. Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  10. Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external clients.
  11. Manage and maintain databases and filing systems.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
  13. Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise.
